Motivation Monday- the hustle.

Hello! How was your weekend? Mine was a pretty quiet one, we ended up drinking yummy margaritas and having a board game marathon.  Aren't margaritas the best in the summer time? We tried this recipe.
(the Bali hustle)
My husband and I had a conversation over the weekend about the hustle for work.  No we aren't referring to that 70's dance craze!   Sometimes I know I am victim to feeling not good enough.. maybe not smart enough... not pretty enough.. not special enough..not lots of things enough, but you know what I have? I have the passion and a big enough heart which is essentially the hustle.  Are you hustling?
I previously talked about Gary Vee, who is a wine aficionado, author, and speaker.  I recently read his first book Crush It and the book is a pep talk about your hustle and getting out there and of course crushing it!.  He also gives a lot of tips and advice about how to really sink your teeth into getting out there but I think I was more moved when I heard him speak.   Gary knows that his strength lies with in speaking and bringing that high energy, which I think why his vlogs and speaking gigs are so successful.

I think finding your hustle is mainly identifying your strengths and playing to them and not apologizing. Gary gives a really great example in his book about the intro to his vlog Wine Library.  The intro is him screaming at the top of his lungs and being a little obnoxious. He does understand that he is going to be pushing away certain consumers because he isn't serious enough for wine but he also understands that he needs to be himself and let his passion shine through.

Let your hustle shine through this week :).
