Trout in a house. Something new that has been popping up in my sketchbook is painting very suburban homes. Since I live in Portland, well in the suburbs, and grew up in the suburbs. There is something that rings true and honest about it, at least for me.
It also reminds me of that movie the Stepford Wives, maybe because the whole premise of the movie was it may look perfect on the outside but there is a whole lot of crazy on the inside.

I love this little number with the fishes on the inside. So inspiring you do art every day. I guess once you get in to the groove of things your creativity will flow more easily?
