Beep Beep! Next stop Austin

I am so excited we are going to Austin, TX for SxSW, just the interactive portion.  My husband is going for work and of course I am tagging a long.
Hopefully this will give me the chance to drink my weight in margaritas and help promote my kickstarter project.
I have gotten a few tips and pointers from one of my favorite traveler friends Nicole from Noodles and Waffles who has been everywhere including some destinations that I am not sure are on this planet.

Happy Thursday!  If you know of any must do's in Austin! Please tell me :).

You'll have a blast! Austin is a great town and the people watching during SXSW will be amazing.

I love Barton Springs because it is so unusual....but that's just the swimmer in me.

P.S. The Galapagos are amazing and worth visiting. In terms of cost, traveling to Europe during the tourist season is more expensive...so don't rule the Galapagos out.

you gotta love a good margarita and I'm guessing that in Austin they are pretty good!

Your project sounds super amazing! I can't wait to see it's progress!!

I am SO JEALOUS!! I've been down to Austin for SXSW twice, my husband used to play in a band that played several shows down there. I tagged along for two of the years because it's one week long party and it's awesome. Please enjoy it some for me too okay? And go to some shows, it will be worth it.

My friend Sam is playing down there - Yellowbirds, you should check out his show! Oh and if you're in the mood for some good Brazilian food, eat at Sao Paolo's, they have guava margaritas and really good cheap food. Plus, it's not near downtown so it's not too busy!

I can't wait to hear of all your adventures.

PS. I wanted to check whether you got my email from the other week? I'm beginning to suspect that some of my emails are disappearing into the virtual ether? :)
