my weekend list.

Being self employed my week generally is dictated by a work list and goal list to keep myself on track for the week.  I just love the feeling of crossing things off my list and knowing that I accomplished something.  So..I thought that this weekend I would document my weekend with list but sort of the opposite of a work list- only Saturday and Sunday.  It's sort of funny what you end up with at the end and it's kind of interesting what a list can be.
5  cups of coffee
3 diet cokes
2 large margaritas- at least from what I remember it was 2. :)
10 PG-13 words spoken- did I mention I had 2 margaritas.
2 grilled cheese sandwiches.  my signature dish. I do make a mean grilled cheese.
2 baskets of chips and salsa- I need to stop doing lists of what I ate and drank because I always feel like a pig pig.. lol
15 episodes of Scrubs- not to make excuses but each episode is only 22 minutes long and they have all the seasons on Netflix.
6 times I caught myself having conversations with my dogs.  My hubs was out of town this weekend but typically if he hears me talking to the dogs he will yell from the other room and ask if I am talking to him.
4 puppy treats gobbled up by my puggers.
2 instagram pictures
25 pictures taken with my favorite camera.  I have a Canon Rebel XTI
3 garage sales visited
0 items found at the garage sales. tear.
1/2 painting completed.
3 sketches completed.
2 newspapers read.
4 loads of laundry completed! the hubs was very happy about this one.

Funny! My weekend lists would involve a lot of running up and down stairs. :)

Too funny...most of my conversations on a daily basis are with my furry children...my other half has gotten used to it....I think!

Totally love this post Erika! I love to do lists and crossing them off as well, however, sometimes they get quite heavy, so weekends are usually spent off-line, so that I can recharge!

Wishing you a fantastic day sweetie!

So silly! My honey watches those Scrubs episodes too, when he can't sleep. My fave on your list was the margaritas!

Interesting weekend! When my wife is out of town I tend to just curl up with a stack of books and a bottle or two of wine...

I stopped making lists...too depressing when I didn't finish them...

Hehe, I agree, I love making lists! Sometimes I will write things down on my list that I have already completed, just for the sheer joy of crossing them off :)

It sounds like you had quite a productive, and delicious, weekend! I could go for a margarita right now... and it's only Monday... oy. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog on Friday! This is a great idea for a post--it's so fun to see what random stuff we eat/do/say over the course of the week. I may just have to start my own list :)
