Did you know?

Happy Monday! When I was a kid I was extremely imaginative- always drawing and thinking up little stories and pretty much living in my own little world.   I know in reality life can be tricky, life can be hard, life can be a whole lot of average, life can be above average, and life can be amazing.  I think a lot about where I live and I am an average girl and I live in an average place but you know what I realized. Imagination can grow anywhere. Did you know that? Imagination is something that can occur no matter where you come from or who you are.  Creative thoughts your way this week.

You're so right about imagination. I was a very imaginative kid myself so I can see the appeal to imagining things quite often. The quote's very true too, nice post as usual.

Aww, very sweet post Erika! I was also and extremely imaginative kid, and I definitely agree that imagination occurs anywhere.

So true! I get stuck in a rut sometimes. It's great to remember that creativity doesn't have to even be spectacular creativity- just one little spark is OK too:)

I needed to hear that today, thank you. Things lately have been a little discouraging to say the least and your words on imagination are inspiring :)

This message is so true! My problem has always been reigning everything and not taking it all in 100 directions at once haha.

I can't imagine life without imagination :) get it? I didn't actually mean to do that until I was typing it, then couldn't resist, cheesy as it is. I'm new to your blog, nice to meet you!

So true so true... I used to just love to daydream when I was little and actually loved writing stories too. I love running with my imagination and getting creative.

Lovely post! I think we get too overwhelmed with life and forget to relax and just let our imagination take over :)

Love your words on this post. You remind me of my daughter, she is how you were as a kid :). She outshines all of us with her imagination, even her dad!!

That's why I love being a nanny: seeing firsthand how a child's mind works, and being able to still be a kid at heart:-) xoxo
