Pumpkin Patch

Over the weekend the hubs and I went on a little trip to the pumpkin patch to pick up some pumpkins and vegetables. :)  Going out to the pumpkin patch is one of our favorite things to do in October because you get to see all the gorgeous changing trees and get some fresh veges from the farms.
There were little creatures :).
and lots of pumpkins of course! The hubs was a little afraid of going in the corn maze- :) So we did not enter- I think he has seen Children of the Corn too many times.

Isn't that little pink pig hat adorable.

and of course we found the perfect pumpkin!  :)

Yay for pumpkin patches!!! Nice shot of the flying V. Looks like you have nice Fall weather where you are. It's STILL hot here to my dismay.

Lovely photos. We don't really do pumpkin patches over here but I love the concept.

I"m sooo jealous! We'll get to go buy a pumpkin here at the community park. It'll be hot and in the park not on a farm. The downside of living in Arizona especially around this time of the year. I'm aiming for a big pumpkin like yours this year!

Fun! The pumpkins look so bright! I have never been to a pumpkin patch! I think I am going to have to do a little research and see if there is one close to me.

I live in a place famous for pumpkin production and for all the delicious dishes made with pumpkin...in halloween, with is taking on just in these last few years, all the pumpkin you see around are fake! The good ones are in the oven...

This event looks wonderful. Last year we went to the potato festival in Berlin, but unfortunately couldn't make it to the pumpkin festival. Your images motivate me to go next year! Lovely pics:)

if my back could take it and left to my druthers in a pumpkin patch i might line them up in neat rows :). your trip looks great!

did you hear the 911 call from a family lost in a corn maze last week? it was dark and they were scared. had to be rescued! i won't go in one - claustrophobia, panic, scream, scare children = bad :)!
